You can create free web forms in your Switchboard account!
As a reminder, forms are FREE for all Switchboard accounts. You can quickly create forms for your text and email programs here, or host one directly on your campaign website. Jacob Malinowski of Goodman Campaigns has been using Switchboard Forms with great results:
Keep track of sources and external IDs with new reusable fields
We added reusable fields to Switchboard so that you can set and use personal and donation details about a phone number or email address across lists anywhere in Switchboard. Now, you can also keep track of the source and external IDs of your phones and emails! Just like our existing reusable fields in Switchboard, you can set {{sb_custom_source}} and {{sb_custom_id}} when you upload CSVs. Learn more about our reusable fields here.
Many of you explained how you use these fields to customize URLs for reporting purposes. These fields are available to use when drafting your broadcast and blasts! You can also use the {{sb_custom_source}} in the audience builder to target specific phone numbers and emails. This will make it even easier to build saved searches and lists to target specific supporters!
Save email content to reuse in future email drafts
If you have a header, footer, or piece of email content that you like to use in all of your email blasts, you can now save those content blocks and easily drop them into a future email draft. You can do this in both the HTML editor and Visual Designer. For more information on how to do this check out our documentation here.

Dig deeper into your data on recurring donors and phone list values
We improved our Analytics dashboard to provide more detail on your donors based on feedback we have heard from each of you!
Track the health of your recurring donor program over time in “Donor Details.”
The Phone List Value tab now provides additional data, such as how many donations are associated with a phone through a linked email address. Learn more here.
Bulk apply labels across all list types!
We heard that many of you wanted to be able to apply labels to lists after they’re already in Switchboard. While you can still bulk apply labels during the CSV upload process, you can now apply labels in Switchboard from the Phone List or Email List page.
