Reset Your Password + Help Users Get Logged On

Reset Your Password
  1. Go to swtch.to/reset.
  2. Type the email you use with Switchboard and click Reset My Password.
  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click Reset Password.
  4. This will bring you to a new page where you can reset your password. Type in your new password and click Change Password.
  5. Next, you will get a confirmation that your password has been reset and you can log in.
Help Users Get Logged On
  • If someone is unable to log in and doesn’t know why:
  1. Check if the user has an account by going to Members in the Switchboard Menu.
  2. If they have not accepted their invitation yet, they will be listed under Pending Invitations.
    1. If their invitation is pending, they should have received an email from no-reply@oneswitchboard.com inviting them to Switchboard.
  3. If they are listed under Members, they have already accepted their invitation or already have a Switchboard account.
    1. If someone already has a different Switchboard account, they can log in with the same email and password and they will be able to switch between accounts in the Switchboard Menu under organizations.
