Create Canned Responses

Canned responses can save you time when you are replying to messages in your inbox. It can also help you standardized responses across your organization. To set them up:

  1. Navigate to the Canned Responses page from your Homepage.
  2. Click Add Canned Response.
  3. Type in the name of your canned response and the message text in the new window and then click Submit.
    1. You can use customizations just like you would in any other text.
  4. You will then see it in your list of other canned responses where you can Edit or Delete.
Use Canned Responses
  1. In Messaging Threads > View All Threads, click on the contact you want to reply to.
  2. When you want to use a canned response, click Canned Responses above the text box.
  3. From here, click the canned response you’d like to use from the drop down options. Note - these are in alphabetical order if you ever have trouble finding your desired response.
  4. This will populate your response in your text box. You can edit the response before sending. Click Send when ready to send.
